Birmingham Monarchs riders Mark Winwood and Marcus Wadhams have announced that they will be riding for Wednesfield Aces in the forthcoming Elite League season.
Winwood, who will be entering the Vets this year, will continue riding in the top tier of the sport with the Midlands side who will also have ex Monarch Paul Heard in the ranks. Marcus Wadhams who has made his surprise comeback this year will also be riding at Ashmore Park for 2014 as well as riding for Birmingham in the Midland League. Wadz made a name for himself when he first came onto the scene and the Midlander has been training hard over the winter period to get back into shape and show the turn of speed and lightning gating that people remember him for.
The pair complete Birmingham’s top riders confirmation of riding in the Elite as Chris Timms and Scott Millward will be riding in the black and red for Horspath as Nathan Groves will also be in action riding for Newport who have been promoted to the top table.
