Timms Takes Lead: Weekend Review

This weekend saw the third round of ORCHID Eurovets at East Newport. Fifteen riders took part on a track a lot better than down the road at Cardiff, including Monarchs riders Steve Hodgkinson and Paul Timms.

Timms went into the meeting as joint leader of the series with Coventry’s Joe McLaughlin as Hodgkinson has been improving with every round. In the over 40’s event Paul made the B Final and finished second and then in the over 50’s meeting Paul Timms made the A Final and just missed out on the top spot.
